Think of me as your wellness wing-woman. We'll high-five the victories, navigate the bumps, and I'll be there with a virtual fist bump when you nail those goals. It's not just about shedding pounds (although that's cool too); it's about boosting your energy, ditching stress, and feeling awesome in your skin.

Here's the thing - you've got time constraints, and so do I. I want to make sure to give all of my clients the attention they deserve. So, I limit sessions to a small number of clients. You can apply through the form below. In your application, tell me about your motivation and your support system. Tell me why this will be a game changer for you. Let’s do this together and build something amazing! I’m currently taking applications for future clients when spaces open up (currently, my coaching calendar is full). If you’re chosen to be a client, I will let you know right away.

 

What can you expect? Well, it’s really up to you. And your goals. Got a regular workout routine? This will not replace your regular workouts. These are health coaching sessions designed to help you work through one of the hardest seasons of all, create accountability, and find support and encouragement along your journey. If your goals are movement-based, we’re gonna talk about your movement, if they're stress, health, or food-related, we’ll talk about those too. If it’s all of the above, well you betcha, we’re going to talk about it all! We’re going to make it simple. We will find a tracking and commitment system that works best for you. How cool that we will personalize it all along the way?!

 

What will the sessions look like? We can talk the entire time, you can ask questions about fitness, we can talk about food, we can plan out some strategies for your stress, or I can even take you through a workout if we are meeting in person in my home gym. To be honest, this is all customized specifically for you. That’s why I only take a few clients at a time. I want you to know that you will have my absolute attention during the sessions, and we will be dedicated to working on you together!

 

Why so much flexibility? Well, everybody’s a little bit different, so why would I put one program in for different goals? That does not mean we aren’t going to create consistency and commitment. Flexibility is what will allow us to create the most successful program that works for you!

Although this is a financial investment, it will also be an investment in your time, your energy, your focus, and achieving your goals. It’s a way to put your money where your motivation is (or where it should be)

Are you really going to achieve your goals? Well, that's the goal(!), and we're going to ensure those big, lofty goals are achievable. You're going to receive continuous feedback along the way. We will assess what's working well and where adjustments are needed. This dynamic feedback loop allows for timely modifications to your plan, ensuring that you stay on the most effective and efficient path to your health goals. The ability to adapt and tailor strategies in response to your evolving needs is a valuable aspect of one-on-one coaching that contributes to long-term success. 

Oh, last thing: privacy. You can be completely anonymous in this program outside of our relationship. I will not share any of your personal information with anyone or even let on that we are coaching together if you choose to keep it private. I would, however, request your feedback before, during, and at the end of the program for future client reference (bonus points for before/after pics!).
